How To Unlock the Full Features of PhotoTangler Collage Maker (Desktop Version)
PhotoTangler Collage Maker is available as a completely free trial download from our web site, allowing you to test it out on your computer to make sure it works to your satisfaction. If you haven't installed and run the trial yet, you can do so here. The trial provides access to some basic functionality for making collages (to give you a clear sense of what the program do), but disables some of the more powerful features. Once you've decided to purchase the full version of PhotoTangler, you do not need to download or install the software again.The way it works is that you'll be e-mailed registration details that let you instantly unlock the full version on your computer directly.
Immediately after your order payment is processed, you should receive an e-mail that provides two key pieces of information: 1) An Authentication Code. 2) A Registration Key. These details are associated with your specific purchase, so please do not share them with anyone else. If your order succeeded but you did not receive the registration e-mail, please check your e-mail "Spam" or "Junk" folder to ensure that it wasn't filtered incorrectly. If you still don't see it, please contact us and we'll help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Once your registration details are received, unlocking the software is a very simple process. When you run the trial version, you should be shown a "splash screen" at startup with a button that says "Enter Unlock Code." Clicking that button should bring up a window like this:
At this point, you can cut and paste (or type in) the registration information from the e-mail, but please note that they must be entered exactly as shown in the e-mail. Be careful not to include any additional characters such as quotation marks, periods, or spaces. Clicking OK should then fully unlock the program on your computer. If you install the software on a different computer, you would need to follow this same simple unlock procedure with your already-purchased registration details.

What If My Unlock Code Doesn't Work?
The only known time when unlocking PhotoTangler might appear to fail, is when a user tries to unlock an older release (such as version 1) of PhotoTangler using a code they purchased for version 2. The two versions use completely different registration code systems, and therefore are not transferable. If you purchased an older version, however, you may be eligible for a free upgrade to the latest version.
